While having some salmon at the Kitchen in Renny, Jes introduced me to a wasabi/mayo combo instead of the usual tarter sauce. It was so damn good I smiled. A must for anyone to try with Salmon or Halibut (Seems to work well on both). Just FYI.

I specialize in three cusines, canned frozen and take-out.. If it's any good on Prawns, then the Saanich Inlet is going to see a lot of me after my summer season.
