What ever the hull is made of ie: fiberglass,wood,allum.ect.

I don't think that is it, it also asks HULL MATERIAL. Thanks, this is why I am confused, I thought the same.

I believe it means , Is it a monohull , catamaran or tri-hull.

I think Lorne and Beemer are both correct. When I sent mine in I filled it out as a deep-V. That's how it came back on the completed form.

Beemer is correct. If you click the tab on right hand side of the online form, the hull type choices that pop up are: monohull, catamaran, trimaran, pontoon, assisted lift, and inflatable.
