Ok. Here is a question. I have commie numbers on my boat as I guide in the Fraser River part time. Its still not mandated by the feds that we need commie numbers or federal inspection. But they tell us its comming. So on my new boat that I bought in Feb I got the commie numbers, had an inspection but didnt pass as I dont have my ROC and there was no paperwork for ISO stability. So its all in the works to get legal should they (the feds) require us freshwater guys to do so. My question is, if I have commie numbers but using my vessel for pleasure, say on my vacation up in Telegraph area, can the cops/DFO/Coast gaurd give me a hard time for not having my fed inspection stuff up to par?
