Question on outboards sitting and olympic boats

Theres an 18foot olympic probaly 1995 or newer hull were looking at. Its a hardtop in good shape and has a 2003-2004 90hp merc 4strk on a pod. The engines got maybe 10-20 hours on it and has sat the last few years.Is there any major problems that can come of this? Any thoughts on the boat. Any ideas on what it would be worth

the motors been stored outside but under cover. I would assume it was winterized. How much would it be to get it looked over and the boat assesed
