Son and i spent two days fishing.There was a lot of coho at pt.lilly couldn't get them to bite.they where between 15-45 ft.We trolled small flies ,spoons ,small herring and casted bombs.2 days before guys were saying everybody caught them on anything fishing on shore.Confirmed, there was a rumor that day someone caught a 52 lb. off the dock.Spoked to the guy who helped land it.The guy was from Ontario, never fished for salmon in his life.made his day.I going to try dick nites next time.lots eel grass to contend with.[|)]
 
lilly point is the SE corner of the penninsula that has the red bouy out at the end of the bar...i also fished there all day sunday, tons of bait but no bite, too much grass, someone must be throwing hay bales down the river!
 
What happened was the savages had an opening, and tried to wipe the adams run, they tear the hell out of the bottom with their nets.They are waiting to get a crack at the stewart run next week.Tear up the bottom some:( more.
