Power Winch or two speed Manual Winch

replacing my winch for my boat trailer.
boats weighs over 6000#
what would everyone suggest? are power winches the way to go?

I used to have electric winches on my skagit-weighs well over 7500 loaded-they we're a real pain-when they worked they were good but it's another hi-maintenance item. I switched to a 2 speed manual but I did put uhmv(?) on the bunks to help out. I'm pretty happy with it.

My Striper is about 5500 lbs. fully loaded. I have never had any problems with my 2 speed manual as long as I get the boat powered up to the winch post. I still have carpet on my bunks. I think adding the maintenance of a battery fed motor and all the necessary connections woul just be a hassle.
