Power pro,what size??

You will not be disapointed with 200# Power Pro. They all work, but this stuff is awesome. Lots of guys switching there hali reels over to it as well. less in the drag department compared to the other brands. Powerpro does sponsor me with some free gear each year, however i would not use it if it did'nt perform.:D

Good to hear. Free gear is one thing, but if it won't do the job, then what good is it. I will definately give the PowerPro a try this season.

Who sells it in the Campbell River to Nanaimo area? Their website isn't able to tell me. [xx(]

How much does this Power Pro bleed?? I have heard allot. I just run the Scotty cable,..do you think that the electricity from the cable reduces the amount of fish that strike???

I run the moss green 200#, it does not bleed, red and yellow apparantly does for a few trips?. That debate on voltage can be viewed under Black Boxes search function.Roe Bags has some good advice on how to fine tune a Black Box[:p] I don't believe in a B-Box anymore than i enjoyed changing stainless wire over twice a season due to losing 45$ worth of lead and release clips from sudden no warning wire breaks. Fish get to much credit! I just test my boats natural voltage and adjust accordingly with Zincs. This voltage thing has been hammered out like a Ford vs Chevy debate!

I have the yellowo on a hali real and after a full season it still bleeds and still stains my boat. Sounds like the green is the color to go with.

I went with the Moss Green, no problems with bleeding the first year out. SS

Here's a site I found for buying Power Pro. 500yds of 200lb for $99.99 seems like a great price.
