Looking into adding the new Dometic XPA electric power assist steering to my existing Uflex (T71FC) mechanical system. The existing system is only a few weeks old and mated to a Yamaha f150. There is plenty of dimensional clearance for the new system, however I'm curious about the compatibility of the Dometic product with the Uflex system. Dometic technical support hasn't tested their system with Uflex.

Does anyone have any experience with the XPA product? There are next-to-no reviews or discussions about it.
Dometic (Seastar/Teleflex) and Uflex mechanical systems appear to share the same cable so I'm hoping they are compatible. TIA.
