Please help..boat title search?

Looking at buying a used boat. I don't know how to go about doing a search to ensure no debts/liens on boat before I hand over the cash. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thats a good idea, i did it myself years ago and went to personal property office downtown victoria and paid a min fee. What is easier and still inexpensive is to call West Coast Title Search - 800 667-7767 . They will take visa over the phone and fax you the results within an hour.

I have to go with Marula , West Coast Title search is fast cheap and knowledgeable , why make it hard on yourself when others do it for a living ?
