Bonneville Dam is on the Columbia River about 150 miles up stream from the ocean.

Bonneville Dam is on the Columbia River about 40 Miles East of Portland Oregon on I-84. They could sell tags for a Thousand bucks a whack and they would sell out the first day. They won't though. Some tree hugger will challenge it and we can watch another 3000 plus Springer's get munched. Mike
