Pinks/Nile and Oyster Estuary

[KDC Nymph]

Fished the Nile Monday AM(7-11.30) a few fish showing but none caught by 15 plus fly fishers. Move up to the Oyster/Salmon point area Monday PM and Tuesday AM. More Pinks visible but few hookups. did manage 2 pinks and incidental 2 cutty's. Pink Eve and Pink Handlebar seemed to attract most hits.Slower than last year at this time, but on a good day still a great way tp pass some time.

Anybody getting shore cast pinks? We are coming up to camp a few days at Miracle Beach so I was thinking to bring up the fly rod.

Went for a walk to the mouth of the Oyster last night , The guys were catching nothing but did say they did see some fish moving around
