These are coming into effect mid or end of July I believe. What does it mean for charter operators? I attempted to read it all but holy dry and doesn't really explain what was added or subtracted, just what the regulations as a whole are now, and I know we are on the up and up now but wondering if anyone knows the details of what is new or rather what most charter operators now need additionally compared to before.

Thought this would be good for all the charter guys on here to get clarification as well.
