parts for OMC crossflow V4

Parting out my old Johnson 140. Powerhead has failed - #4 swallowed a ring. Lots of parts available, many recently renewed:

• lower unit w/ new impeller $200
• twin carbs, rebuild kit last fall $50
• starter $50
• CDI units, $50 for both
• fuel pump and manifold, pre-VRO $50
• controls with cables for 19-20 ft hull $150

tilt and trim? I wonder if it would fit my early 80s johnson 115 that has manual trim

Sorry Corey, I had a crazy couple weeks there and went off the air. My old J140 was a manual tilt too. I bought an aftermarket tilt/trim model 135 from Panther, it worked great for me. The newer Merc I bought has working tilt and trim so I'm selling the Panther setup. I won't go into detail here about installation, but it was easy. It's designed to add tilt/trim to engines that were manufactured without it. It has its own controls and battery connection, and you'll probably be able to use the same botl holes in the transom.
