Panther part number 55-2750. Drive bracket assembly. Meant to attach to hydraulic steering cylinder in conjunction with kicker tie bar. Brand new in box. Price tag says $74. $50

Would this work for linking an inboard mercruiser to a kicker by cable?

I believe it's meant to mount to a hydraulic steering unit on an outboard. From there you connect a tie bar to your kicker.
