Anyone found a link to video or have any photos of filleting hali for transport?
Specifically, leaving fin, skin and tail attached to one fillet.
I have struggled and ended up keeping the carcass for the drive home and disposing of later.

The way a dfo officer explained it to me at the dock was to keep the tail attached to one of the long fillets. It shouldn't be over 100 cm. That's what they expect a 133 cm fish to be with the head off
