Original Shimano Technium Mooching Rod-WTB

I'm looking to buy one original Technium rod with the TC4 material. Ideally, looking for 15-25 to match my other one but can also live with 12-20 as well. I broke the tip of my Technium and sent it in for warranty repair but they gave me a brand new blue style with a foam butt section which doesn't seem to have the same backbone. I'm located on the mainland.

Not sure. I was rod shopping a few weeks ago at Trotac and that’s what my sales consultant told me. Only one of the ones on the shelf had that new model number on it.
