Orcas

We were out with the whole family fishing when a huge pod of killer whales or orcas headed our way. They were obviously headed somewhere and passed on right by us. There must have been nearly 30 in the group all broken up into small clusters. What a great show. Such cool animals. No need for a whale watching tour out there the whales came right by us. Amazing evening on the boat. Made up for a slow first day of fishing.

For us flat landers was pretty exciting to see.

Yeah I wouldn't trade a penny. Went out to the island three times this summer and that ferry ride isn't cheap, but I love it out there!

Yup you're right! I try to get around as much as the wife let's me. She put her foot down this week so think I'm stuck at home haha!
