On the Hard Storage Vancouver

I’m potentially looking for a place to store a boat on the hard in Vancouver over this winter. I’m in the market for a used boat and want to make sure I have a place to park it once I do a deal. Not sure when it’ll happen but want to plan for it just in case.

1.0. I’d like the place to be in Vancouver or Richmond areas. No Fraser Valley or North Van pls.
2.0. Boat will be 35 ft loa and no trailer. I’d have it blocked up.
3.0. I want to be able to work on the boat and ensure it’s in a gated area with some security.
