New underwater camera specifically designed for fishing

Was browsing around the intertubes and stumbled on a new product supposed to be out in November. I'm not 100% sold on the locking mechanism but I like everything else. Tested down to 300ft so far. A lot cheaper than a gopro and it's ready to rock without having to purchase or build a housing.

one thing I didn't like was that it was hooked up to the fishing line. I do like the 300 ft depth imaging that for prawning. that's were gopro lacks I think

It looks interesting for sure.Like the price point as well.The gopro is a lot more versatile but twice the money.Will wait
and see some reviews before I think of buying one.There's usually some bugs to get out of a new product.

Cool footage of some savage attacks! So does it float to the surface with a LED beacon when it breaks off? LOL

I would hook it up to the downrigger line and attach the release clip to the camera so it wasent attached to the fishing line. I'm gonna pick one up when they come out.
