Skank. Sometimes the words simply fit. This guy and his entourage have set up a number of numbered companies to (so far) successfully hide their operations and money earned off of poaching and purposely avoiding playing by the rules that others are constrained by. Total lack or morals:

As much as one would hope this is the end of a bitter and long history of convictions for poaching, his prior behaviours are a very good predictor of his future behaviours - so this seems to be just another bus stop on a lifetime of crime for him.

Conservatives platform is to crack down on repeat offenders. Jail time instead of slap on the risk. We'll see how that goes but maybe Scott has time for only one more arrest.
