Power came back on at 3:48am.

Tip o' the hat to the linesmen out there in that mess getting power back on. The utilities and their 'our way or the highway' attitude drive me nuts at times, but the guys on the tools get my respect. Stay safe guys.

Home at lunch to find a river pouring down the driveway with a blocked drain in front of the basement suite.
The water had just crested the door sill as i got the drain cleared.
Only a gallon or 2 got under the door.
We must have set records over the last few days ?
