Does anyone know what's going on there. Docks were in pretty bad shape last year, but the whole place got roughed up damn good in that nasty storm a couple of weeks ago- I heard the place is in a court ordered sale and they aren't going to do any repairs at all. Any info out there?

Heard they were trying to put in condo's etc, and ran into a few snags.

Yes, that's been on the cards for several years, my concern is that I'll have nowhere to moor my boat over the summer, hope they fix the storm damage and make it usable.
