McGard motor locks

Anyone have any experience with the McGard system?

I use them on my kicker and I still have it. I'm a believer in the product.

They are OK anything that makes it harder than than instant job is good bet. If I don't leave my kicker on boat as I trailer but if I did I use one of those locked and a chain and lock. Especially parked in a marina. Likely thieves would pass it up as that's two things you need to deal with.

I have one as well on mine and no issues yet (2 years)

I've got one on mine even though the kicker is an electric start with extra cables making it harder to get off the boat. (Unless the thieves can get access to bolt cutters...)
