Where is the best place to launch (closest) to fish the T10 marker? I usually launch from Ladner (captains cove) but McDonald is closer. And If McDonald is the closest... is it faster heading east and taking the mid arm??
McDonald is closer and yes it's slightly faster to take the middle arm as opposed to the north arm. HOWEVER the middle arm is only 2-4 feet deep in the channel and only at tides higher than 3.5m is it possible. You will find yourself stuck out there if you try it at low tide or veer out of the channel.
I'd take the north arm if I were you, fish around bell buoy as well as t-10.
