Marine electronics

Hello,

I've just started to look at fitting my 16' Runabout with some modern electronics, price is an issue, but I'm not counting my pennies...

I was at first looking at the Raymarine Dragonfly 5PRO, Then I realized that I could get an a-78 Series MFD for only a couple hundred more, and potentially be able to hook up radar(I may want to commute between islands at night....)

Do Any of you have any experience with Raymarine, or another company for that you think is best for small boats, and why?
