Marina option for small boat

I'm curious if anyone knows if any of the Vancouver marinas have space for a small tender or 12ft aluminum boat? On my walks I've notice that there are always a few random tenders tied up on the inside of the dock, not suitable/ accessible for anything large. Also a few marinas seem to have dedicated sections of the dock with rollers / slots where jet skis and tenders can be pulled right up out of the water and onto the dock.

I'd love to get a little 12ft / 9.9 or even a little inflatable that I could keep in/near the water to putter around the inner harbor and was curious if anyone has ever managed to do something similar on the cheap.

I think the jericho sailing centre has dry storage for things like that. You can walk it down the ramp if you have wheels or a partner.

Based on the FAQ section of the website, seems like a hard 'no' for any kind of power vessel
