In daytime you can hardly see the screen.
I have read the manual tried all the settings
anybody have this problems before?
Chris

I have the 337 and it is fine, even in bright sun. Push the pwr/light switch on and off, and it cycles through bright, dim and off for the lighting. That seems to do the trick for me.

I have Lowrance 335 and once its on I just hit power button once and
it goes brighter .
Try that .

I have the 337C. Sometimes you have to cycle the power button to get it on full brightness maybe there is a default setting of low? Once you brighten it up, it's fine even in full daylight. Through Polarized sunglasses it does seem dimmer.

I just bought one so I'm glad to hear most units work in the sunlight.
