Lower Mainland Leather Cushions?

Need two small square white leather cushions made for the back seats in my BW Outrage, and also one slightly larger for the top of the cooler in front of the console - any recommendations? Checked West Marine for the premade one to go on top of the cooler and it's $90! seems steep..
