Loose tube on Yamaha motor

Can someone please enlighten me as to what this loose tube is coming out of a Yamaha f115? Where should it be connected to?

Take the top off and see what it's connected to. Guessing carb

I already tried to trace it. Looks like it goes down into the leg.
