Looking for stainless fabrication

Looking to get some stainless stern rails with Downriggers pads built for my scout. Any suggestions?

How much do you think something like this would cost to fabricate? Mostly just the bigger piece of metal.. was hoping to have something made that could be attached to the eye bolts on my transom for pulling tubes. An arched piece of metal with a loop on the end of it that could be attached via a carabiner or something.
