Looking for old mercury gen 1 control box base only

Long shot I know but hopefully someone here has hoarded one.....
Mercury gen 1 top mount dual binnacle
I just need the black plastic base that the chrome cover snaps into
LMK if you have one or know where I might find one

Hey Sr SQ,

Sounds like your having the same problem I had last season. One side of the box packed it in and I looked around to find another gen 1 box but was under the gun to get it fixed quickly so ended up having to replace it with a gen 2 box and all cables set me back I believe around $2000 bucks for it all to be replaced and really I can't tell much difference other than a couple extra switches and more chrome. If you have time on your side check ebay probably get a cheap set.

Could try RPM Tofino they probably threw my old binnacle out but it could be kicking around might be worth a call. Could be totally out to lunch on this but could the plastic shop in nanaimo make one for you might be worth a try there pretty good at duplicating things.

It all started when I thought I would be proactive and change out the cables..........haha when will I learn.
Now that I bought new cables I am keeping this gen1 box lol
Everything works great just the sun and age put a toll on the plastic base, I dont really want to mickey mouse this one back together if I dont have to.
Thanks for the tip I will call RPM and see what they have if the local guys to me dont have anything.
