looking for a lake

Hi I am looking for a lake in the kamloop area that I could rent a cabin & take my son . Could anyone sugest a place where the fishing is still reasonable during july. Thanks looking forward to a reply

look at the website there and call them they can give you a report i havent been up there in a while.. really nice people and friendly serive beautiful lake too

Hatheume Lake; part way between Merrit and Peachland, about 26 km off of the highway. Absolutely great lake; fly fishing only. Has a private campsite (lodge and motel type units) as well as a public site. I just returned from a 3 day family trip and have already planned to return next year, a week later. Other lakes are nearby if you wish to try something else on another day. (Pennask Lake and ...)
