Looking for a close Hunting Buddy.
He likes mine, wants something close.
So we're having a boo at what might be around...

Prefer a Mark V and German production (no Japanese versions need apply...) must be in good shape.

Anyone have one they're willing to let go of??

Wondering...

Nog, how about a Sako Model 85, Finnlight, Stainless/Fluted, Syn. 270WSM? Beauty mountain rifle.

Nice Rifle Chuck! Kind of curious about what you'd need for that... pm if preferred obviously...
However he is kind of fixated on the 270 Wby Mag - he's seen mine perform out to 650 yards, and of course he knows I already have dies, brass, bullets... LOL!

Thanks anyway...

Cheers,
Nog

love my 270 weatherby mag....
sorry, can't part with it either....
You have to pretty much load your own as the retail on a box of shells will kill you.... but you obviously know that.

It's a long way away ....

Guess I should have noted In Canada ONLY.

After 9/11, US Homeland Security has gone a little over the edge regarding firearm exports out of the states (among many other items).
While it is still do-able, it is both time and cost prohibitive in my experience.
So, we're limited to finding one in Canada methinks...

Cheers,

Matt,
if you ever do decide to import, get hold of Irunguns, they'll do all the leg work for a nominal charge, they have offices south and in edmonton.
