I have a compaq presario with "mariner" chart plotting software installed and charts for all of BC included.

It also has a GPS antenna included.

I'm asking $250 on used victoria but I sell here for $200 any takers?

Why kind of charts are they? Digital versions of official Canadian nautical charts, or something else?
