islander55, the world of business is a tricky one. To blow up like that so quickly as soon as one person shares an opinion you don't like isn't going to make you many customers. These are the fishermen who you want to eventually be using your lures. Take the criticism and use it to your benefit, don't act so hard done by it's not going to do you well. Lip Ripper had two very good points, one on your literacy which is a very positive trait in the business world, and the other on your knots. Just my 2 cents. Wish you the best regardless.
