I got them from my sons, He bought some lures for my little presents.

I told them they are Kripple K Spoons are very good. One is good and three are strange. I will give them a try this year.

Anyone see like that?

Those look like the originals. they have be bent, cut and twisted, you definitely don't want them in your tackle box. I will do you a favour and take them as is where is!! ;-)

Yes I am! Plus I'm willing to drive all the way to Langford from my place in Victoria and bring a Timmy Ho Double Double and a small box of Tim Bits! That my friend is going the extra mile to recycle!!

a old friend from Bamfield took me out fishing at Cree Island and Cape Beale and Kirby Island long time ago. We caught the fish with krippled spoon just like that. never used it for 3 decades. They are rare and still HOT!

barrie, I am sorry, I don't give them away. I would like to give them a try.

The body is stamped out of sheet stock - looks like the odd ones were edge of sheet that didn't cover the die?

probably you are right what I thought about that.. because the edge is still painted. Maybe the stores demanded made big order from the factory? Or they made mistake and they were cheaper price?

I assume you would give him some of the fish you catch with those lures as well. lol

I really like the looks of those half Ks... they look like a great needlefish imitator. Have you put them into the water to see the action? If they held the same action, with that slimmer profile they would mimic a needlefish really really well!
