Are these inline flashers for real...do they actually work?
How do you even rig them with different lures or bait?

I've never see anyone using them.

They are dummy flashers Salmon King. You run them off your ball, not off your line. They eliminate the need for having a flasher on your line and make it a lot more fun when you hook a fish. That being said, you can do the same thing with any flasher...
