Kicker brackets

I have two brackets, one is a Garelick 71091 rated to 169lbs 15 1/2" lift I have used the plastic plate,also a fulton bracket with no plastic plate! the black one cost around $350 and I think the other one cost about $200. I'd take half price for them the plastic is only about $40

I could use the 71091 bracket but think you have used the black mounting plate elsewhere.
What would the shipping costs be to Grand Bend Ontario ?
