**🚤 *Help Needed: Yamaha F300 Propeller Strike!***

Hit a log coming out of the **North Arm**—now my stainless prop is toast. 😩

**Looking for a replacement:**
✔ **Yamaha F300 compatible**
✔ **Stainless steel**
✔ **15¼" diameter / 17" pitch**
✔ **New, used, or spare—as long as it’s in good shape!**

If you’ve got one lying around or know where I can grab one fast, **let me know!** Willing to pay fair price for the right match.

*Thanks—you’d be saving my boating season!* 🙌

I think the first one I posted is an original Yamaha Salt Water Series (SWS) prop whereas the second one (FB) is a SWS II version...supposedly improved performance.

Have you checked the run out on your prop shaft after the strike? Chances are its bent and will result in prop shaft seal failing in short order and a lower unit full of salt water..I'd check it and replace shaft now so it doesn't get in the way of salmon fishing later this season! Dont ask me how I know..lol

You are genius. Had the prop tested by a prop dealer and it was within range despite signs of metal fatigue. Prop shaft checked and it was definitely bent from the impact. Dropped the lower leg and now waiting for the prop shaft to be replaced. Damn I hate logs in the water.
