Island Timberlands access closed already?

Just when the dry fly action was getting good. No mention of closure for others, but closed for firewood. Does this mean closed for everyone?

Crazy I fished up there Canada day weekend last year. It has been dry but so was last year the recent lightning has looked a bit scary!

Not surprising they are starting to rush us out of there so early though as suspected the changes they have been making are aimed at limiting our access even more.

It is closed for everyone too btw it says all gates on the east coast of the island for recreational activities.
