just throwing this out there... funny the fish mongers are fine and names here.... how come the boat and it crew were not named or fined or were they??

I have heard that sometimes that is how they are caught. The persons catching (poaching) try and sell the catch to a fish buyer (monger). The price they are offered is not enough. They then take their ill gotten product and go down the road looking for another buyer.

The fish buyer(monger) they tried to sell their product to is "pod" and phones the authorities and turns them in. Usually they have a good description of the poachers and the vehicle they are driving.

There is no honor among thieves.
