Anybody seen the large 150 quart Igloo marine coolers for sale on the island anywhere? Canadian Tire doesn't carry them anymore apparently and haven't seen them at Costco like they usually are in Summer time.

I pick it up tomorrow. Fishin' Wednesday. Hence the need for the cooler Sold my other ones stupidly thinking it would be easy to buy another when needed.

Can't help you with the Igloo Marine cooler, but I was just looking to find something similar for my sister-in-law recently and Canadian Tire had some Coleman Marine coolers that looked pretty good and are also on sale.

Although I haven't been in recently, in other years Costco stocks them in the spring then they shift to Halloween or Christmas when you really need one in summer.

I picked up one of these today, they are not as good as the previous extreme models.
Easy lift lid vs two handed extreme lid.
Will be doing a side by side comparison at Winter Harbour starting tomorrow.

I don't like the ones with lid doors.
Don't like to be sat on accidently and they are not sealed well.

I've got 2, the maxcold are better than the old ones. Lids are solid and keeps ice longer.

So true. They all do the same thing with garden centre, selling bedding plants 7-8 weeks before it's safe to plant outside. ADHD in retail form.

I just bought one last week the 165QT from costco its beefy and if they have them its a smokin deal at $184 thats what I paid in kelowna here
