Got a text this morning while at my insurance agent - ICBC TRAFFIC TICKET NOTICE. It's a scam, ICBC doesn't text. Agent said mine was the third she had seen.

Anything by text and any unsolicited call from someone with a South Asian accent is a scam until proven otherwise.
