Its the new slate color that just came out. Looks even better in person. I'm happy with the backing as well.

It looks similar to the Trohpy QR 4.5 reels but almost more vibrant in colour. Backing does look good.....on my Trophy's I have the chartreuse/yellow backing on one reel and orange on the other, both look good but it helps me know which reel is which in case of issues.

Good point.......they pink reels will "accessorize" very well with the shirt....and my lovely pink hat.

When I ordered them, they missed placed my order and it took a couple of weeks instead of days. They just sent me these handles free of charge. Thought that was cool of Islander. Going to put them on this weekend. Has anyone tried them? They feel good in the fingers.

I put those on my mr3, so much nicer to hold on too. Put them on my trophy qr's too, pricey way to go but nice.
