As i went for a quick ride today, i noticed a lot of boats out fishing. Any of you guys/gals been out lately? Hows it been?

I was out on Saturday and caught a nice 25 lb red spring just as the storm hit. It was a mad scramble to get the gear up and back to the marina. But we had a nice BBQ on Sunday.<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Mini green and white hootchie. 120 feet down right at the high tide off Sunset Marina. The bite was on but the storm got me out of there. Next time hopefully the weather will cooperate.

Do you fish Sunset often? Perhaps you could continue to keep us up to date.

I was thinking of getting out on Saturday. Any thoughts about how the ebb tides/low slacks are affecting things at Sunset?
