Just want to see what the census is on this color combo, ive run a Gibbs FST spoon and just picked up a nice 4" Gibbs Croc spoon in this color combo and they seem to work dynamite on Big Rainbows. Just wanted to see if anyone else is running these color combos for springs or coho?

In the salt.....yup it's a good colour combo.

I would say that 80% of the spoons I use have green/glow colours in them with sometimes other colours mixed in like a Homeland Security Spoon (green/glow/orange) and others.

My tackle kit has quite a bit of green in it. ;)

Yup lots of Green and or White/Glow used by me for Nooky's too, I also favor chartreuse for poor visibility water, whether it be ocean, river or lake...

Amen Pippen.

One of my go-to's for Sidney Salmon is the Green/Glow coyote. And I have caught many a fish on the green/splatterback/glow hootchie.

You are at Kelowna right?
I've watched a few shows from Ontario and they have a big Rainbow fishery in Lake Ontario. From what I have seen being used and what is hanging in and around the boat, there is bright colours, and bright metallic finishes being favoured. reds, orange, pink, gold. I find Coho and rainbow tackle can be very similar. However spring tackle is not so pretty, often ugly stuff.

My go to "glow" spoon, hoochie, plug colours along with green onion glow, purple onion glow, kinetic glow, and race car glow flashers. Always trying to match lure with flasher colour.

Chartreuse flasher and chartreuse mini plankton hoochies have caught me lots of Salmon of various species. Even springs like it.

I think Green and white or green and glow is my go to color combo for spoons, hootchies, teasers. Works great on the salt. Also my favorite color for prairie species like Walleye, pike and perch. Can't beat Chartreuse for them! Espescially stained or green water that colour just hums down there.

I made the post about using Chartruese because not a lot of guys use that colour and it can work great at times.

Almost everyone in the chuck uses green as its been a staple since the invention of the green Hotspot. Green hoochies like the Army Truck, and glow green splatter back are 2 of the most productive hoochies on the coast. Glow flourescent green spoons as well. Really no one has to pump up the use of greens because it's probably the most widely used colour on the coast. The reason for that is our waters have a green tinge most of warmer months when most guys are fishing. You try to match your gear to the colour of the water to a certain extent. So green is always one of the top producing colours around these parts.
