I am going to head over to Uclulet for the weekend. Got some advice at the boat ramp yesterday to try "turtle's head", a few miles out. Looked on my paper charts and can't locate anything that looks like that. Can anyone help with an approx lat and long?
Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong, but what I have always known as "Turtle's Head" is at 48 50.256 N 125 30.096 W. I haven't done well there myself, but I also haven't put much time there.
Here are 2 spots. Remember not all the fish swim in the pack of boats. Thanks again to those that helped us last week. Find the right depth and make sure your lure has a hook and you should catch something if it continues like last week.
