Hi. I've contacted a few of you here on SFBC and so far all who have replied have been quite helpful. I'm contemplating building a bracket for a 9.9 on my Grady Gulfstream (2005 model). I'm wondering if you any of you have any suggestions to help. It would be easier if anyone knew a place or person who has these made ready to install versus the process of making it. Any suggestions and photos would be appreciated. Thank You in advance.

Talk to Trevor and Jackie at “bitemetoo”. He made me a custom bracket for my repower and did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond and really cares about his product, can’t say enough good things about him. I believe you can find him on Facebook.

Maybe post a pic of your current engine set up - the biggest challenge is getting the correct alignment to allow you to connect all 3 engines. It can be tricky if your kicker bracket moves the engine too far back - makes steering connections with your mains (if that's what you want) very difficult. I've done both options (kicker bracket and a hull extension). The kicker bracket was very complicated bit of engineering to connect all 3 engines.

Obviously the easiest but most expensive option is to construct a new pod configured for 2 mains and a kicker.
