Heat Exchanger Paint

So I'm cleaning up my heat exchanger and was wondering what sort of paint to use after I get it back from the rad shop all nice and clean with bare metal. Should I use high temperature engine paint? Primer?

I'm thinking use Duplicolor or Plastikote engine primer and high heat paint.

I'm also thinking of use the same products on my valve covers.
