Sadly they've closed part of Campbell River due to "The snagging of a Spring"

Do they need to close an entire fishery due to the actions of one moron?
Charge and punish him but why punish the rest?

That was my thinking too and I posted on the Pinks thread in the fresh water forum. The street buy the Quinny is the last place I've seen the closure signs so that's the same as last year.

They sure like confusing matters don't they? Then there is the Provincial regulations that come into play saying it's single barbless for all streams, rivers, creeks etc. Does this include tidal portions of said rivers and streams.
